Chris La Follette, CEO of Fidelis Management, inc.

Chris LaFollette

CEo and Founder

Chris La Follette, CCM, founded Fidelis Management Inc. in 2011 and currently the organization's CEO.  After receiving his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Construction Engineering and Management, Chris went on to receieve his Masters of Business Administration.  Chris draws on his experiences which have greatly been enriched by his verstile background in the industry, as well as having a keen ear for listening and understanding each client's specific needs. 

Keith Ferguson

Site Supervisor

Keith Ferguson is Fidelis'  site supervisor, ensuring that all  operations conform with the scope of each overall project.  Keith previously worked for Larson-Danielson Construction 

Tim Flatt

Site Supervisor

Tim Flatt is a Site Supervisor for many of Fidelis projects.  He previously worked with Envoy, Inc., a construction, development, and property management company based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Michael LaFollette

Asst. Site Supervisor

Michael La Follette is the eldest son of Fidelis Founder and CEO Chris and assists all site supervisors in the day-to-day operations as well as administrative and marketing work for the business.  

Helping the captive’s parent company manage their risk whilst controlling cost, we are committed to work with the highest standards of service and integrity. We have a proven track record with a growing book of business which includes single parent, member owned group, segregated portfolio cell, agency, reinsurance and association captive.
